Video Implementation and Music
Videos are the newest things for websites to
really jazz them up. Whether it is a YouTube video, or your company's
commercial, everyone wants to have videos on their website to bring in
traffic and to add motion and sound.
What I do is take your videos and actually convert
them to Flash. This way you have the progress bar, the play and pause
features, the volume control, all without having the unprofessionalism
of a YouTube Video or the lacking security, keeping others from taking
your videos, like you would if they were Windows Media Player or
QuickTime files. It is a video imbedded into your website, using
the free Flash Player which everyone has (so your visitors don't have to
download some program they don't know or may not trust enough to
download onto their computer) If you spend the time to take a video of
yourself talking to your clients you want them to view it.
Music can be done the same way. If you are a
musician and want your visitors to listen to your songs but not be able
to download them for free off of your own website, this is an excellent
option. Videos and Music files can be set to play automatically or
when the play button is pushed, and the look and feel of the controls
can be changed to your own preferences.
