charges are just instructive, most of the time, I charge my hourly rate

Q. How is the Maintenance
Billed?
A. Maintenance
Plans are Payable prior to work initiates. All work will be billed in 15 minute increments and
a detailed and itemized statement of time used will
be generated. If your maintenance looks as if it is going to exceed your
pre-paid plan you'll be notified
immediately and will then be able to decide whether
you would like to pay the additional maintenance fee
for an estimated number of hours or pay for an
additional plan.
Any unused hours will be carried
over to the next
month or until the next time you need something done to your website.

Why So Cheap?
Considering that other web
development firms charge up to 100% more than what
I am asking, you might be thinking to yourself, Why so cheap?
Maybe she's no good?
I would like to take this time to
assure you that nothing could be further from the truth. The
fact is, I probably COULD charge more...but I work from
home, and my company expenses are next to nothing. All I
need is a computer and an Internet connection - No fancy office. No
flashy advertising. No expensive salaries to pay. No reason to pass
those said expenditures to the customer.
So with that being said I am able to
keep my prices well below what other companies charge, without
scrimping on service. Some people don't mind paying extra to support
all those overheads, but if you're just looking for fast,
professional service to make your website look fantastic, you should
