Home and land buyers start their search online.
They like the ease of typing in their specific desires; number of bedrooms and baths, special features, land size, location, and price range. They thrill at the idea of scouring through photos of potential homes and combining a list of prospects, and then once they have that list, they tend to click on the realtor listed.
This is why every realtor uses the MLS on their website. But what if you could do more? What if you could provide a much easier, cleaner and fancier system? Your website stood out from the rest? What if you offered your clients something more than anyone else? That would bring them to your website. That would allow them to search and save their dreams on your portfolio, and that would allow them to call you to schedule viewings, rather than someone else.
I can help you make that happen.
My Realtor and Real Estate Website Portfolio:
As you can see my portfolio is extensive but I don’t always remember to add everything I’ve done so it may be lacking in some of my most recent work. I also may have done past designs for the same client that I’ve chosen to remove some of the older ones. Graphic design is like fashion – color preferences differ, styles change, fonts get altered, greens get greener and reds become taboo. A graphic designer reads up on all of the latest news. Learns what is accepted now and incorporates it into your new design. That’s just one of the things I do to keep myself busy.
